Dynition LLC (“Dynition,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website at dynition.ai and interact with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything here is unclear, email privacy@dynition.ai.
This policy covers personal information we handle as a data controller through our website (dynition.ai) and our marketing, such as the waitlist, gated whitepaper downloads, and the design-partner portal. When the Dynition product becomes available, any customer data processed through it will be governed by a separate Customer Agreement and Data Processing Agreement, not this policy.
We rely on your consent (for analytics and marketing email), our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, and, where applicable, legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time.
We use a small number of cookies: those strictly necessary to serve the site, and Google Analytics cookies to measure usage. Visitors in the EU, EEA, and UK see a consent banner and are not tracked by analytics until they accept. Anyone can manage cookies through their browser or opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not train our AI models on your personal information. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve our services and models. For the Dynition product, our use of customer data is governed by the applicable Customer Agreement and Data Processing Addendum, and we maintain commitments with our model providers prohibiting them from training their own models on your data.
We keep the information you give us for as long as it is needed for the purpose you provided it (for example, while you are on the waitlist or an active partner), then delete or anonymize it, unless we must keep it longer for legal reasons. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Analytics data follows Google Analytics' retention settings.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, and short-lived, single-use partner sign-in links) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent, including rights under the EU and UK GDPR and the California CCPA/CPRA. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.
We are based in the United States and process information there. Where we receive information from the EU, EEA, or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for that transfer.
Our website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
